Terms & Conditions for Promotions and Coupons

These terms and conditions govern the use of promotions, discounts, and coupons offered by DOM Estepona Pilates through its website. By using a coupon or promotion, you agree to these terms.

1. General Provisions

• Promotion Validity: Each coupon or promo code has a specific validity period indicated in the promotion (e.g., until a certain date or for a limited number of uses). After the expiry date, the coupon cannot be used.
• Not Combinable: Coupons and promotions cannot be combined or stacked. Only one coupon may be applied per purchase or booking.
• Not Redeemable for Cash: Coupons have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Restrictions and Use

• Personal and Non-transferable: Coupons are intended for use by a single person and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to third parties.
• Per-Customer Limit: Each coupon or promotion is limited to one use per person, email address, and/or user account. This includes accounts created with different emails that belong to the same person.
• First-Time Promotions: Coupons for “new customers” or “first booking” are strictly limited to a single use per customer, even if the user creates a new account.
• Fraud Detection: DOM Estepona Pilates reserves the right to void any coupon or promotion if fraudulent or improper use is detected, including (but not limited to) creating multiple accounts to obtain the same discount.

3. How to Redeem

To apply a promotion, the user must enter the coupon code in the corresponding field during the booking or checkout process. The discount will be applied automatically.

Any attempt to alter, duplicate, or manipulate a coupon will result in its cancellation.

4. Changes and Cancellations

• DOM Estepona Pilates reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion or coupon at any time, without prior notice, when necessary for technical, operational, or force majeure reasons.
• In the event of cancellation of a class or service purchased with a coupon, the value of the session will be refunded to the client, but the coupon itself cannot be reused.
